ThePerfectWedding.com ("we", "us", or "the Website") respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Website.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you believe that content on ThePerfectWedding.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated Agent containing the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the Website (e.g., the specific URL(s) where the material appears).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as a name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

How We Respond

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will make a good faith effort to notify the party that posted the content so that they may submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled (e.g., the URL).
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which ThePerfectWedding.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original claim. If that party does not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we will restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts or access for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Website or terminate the account of any user who infringes any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
