2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party services, including analytics providers such as Google Analytics; advertising partners such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Pinterest; and social media platforms when you interact with our social media content. 4. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds: your consent (e.g., for newsletter subscriptions, non-essential cookies, and advertising pixels); the performance of a contract (e.g., to provide you with account-related Services); our legitimate interests (e.g., to improve our Services and ensure security), provided these are not overridden by your rights; and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How We Share Your Information

Service providers: Third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only process it as directed by us.

This may include the use of cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. Under the CCPA, the sharing of personal information with these partners for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You may opt out of this sharing at any time (see Section 7).

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to legal process, or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.

Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.

12. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. However, we recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, as required by the CCPA. When we detect a GPC signal, we will automatically treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to this Privacy Policy are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Use, including the Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver in Section 15 of the Terms of Use.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
